When you contact us

The form sends your name, email address, message, selected camera option, and any company or camera-count details you choose to provide to admin@eprojac.com through Amazon Web Services. We use those details to respond to your enquiry. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiry contents are delivered by email and are not stored in the website’s database. AWS DynamoDB holds short-lived, hashed rate-limit and submission references to prevent abuse and duplicate emails. Submission references expire after one day; anti-abuse counters and salts expire after up to two days. Physical deletion follows AWS’s expiry processing.

Technical operation

Amazon CloudFront and S3 serve the pages and demo files. Lambda processes the contact form, SES delivers the email, and CloudWatch records request outcomes for up to 14 days. Our application logs omit form contents, names, email addresses and IP addresses. Website services run in AWS’s US East (N. Virginia) region, with CloudFront delivery worldwide.

Browser storage

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and uses no third-party trackers. The interactive demo can save playback and workspace preferences in your browser’s local storage. Fonts, scripts and demonstration assets are served from this website.

Demonstration data

The spatial explorer and API serve a fixed, historical demonstration. They do not activate your camera or collect camera footage from visitors.
